Abstract

ITECO's accounts payable process, handled manually, has caused disorganization, supplier dissatisfaction, and delays. This project developed a reporting-based application to control accounts payable, based on a non-experimental, descriptive, cross-sectional study using a closed-question questionnaire administered to administrative staff, covering purchase orders, supplier catalogs, invoices, payments, and reports such as supplier lists and accounts payable. The system enables fast, reliable information retrieval and control from invoice receipt through final payment, with an interface designed for ease of use.
