Abstract
The Juvenile Court of Sánchez Ramírez lacks a defined organizational structure, and workload accumulates given the volume and diversity of daily information, hindering efficient case information delivery. This project developed a tool to automate the court's processes, based on a non-experimental, descriptive, cross-sectional study using a closed-question questionnaire administered to staff, resulting in a user-friendly application offering up-to-date information on complaint types, hearing types, claims, defendants, complaint reports, and rulings. Implementing the system would improve information organization, accuracy, and speed, streamlining clerical work.
