Enrollment and Registration System of the "Padre Fantino" High School, 2006

Abstract

The need to streamline enrollment at Liceo Padre Fantino motivated this project, as the current manual process causes delays, incomplete information, and errors in grade-level student distribution. This project, based on a non-experimental, descriptive, cross-sectional study using a closed-question questionnaire administered to teachers, developed a user-friendly Enrollment and Grade Registration (IRC) application enabling computerized student-data access, equitable section distribution, multi-criteria searches, grade transcripts, and safeguards against improper student promotion. Implementation is expected to speed up services, reduce wait times, and streamline enrollment and grading through automated calculations.
