Quita Sueño Elementary School Enrollment System, 2006

Abstract

The need to streamline enrollment at Quita Sueño basic school motivated this project, as the current manual process causes delays, incomplete information, and errors from workload accumulation. This project analyzed, designed, and implemented a user-friendly application to manage student documentation, information, and enrollment, based on a non-experimental, descriptive, cross-sectional study using a closed-question questionnaire administered to teachers. The system offers real solutions to the school's enrollment problems, improving organization, data control, and service quality while reducing staff time required.
