Socioeconomic impact produced by the prepara adult secondary education program on its graduates, at the Liceo Profesor Juan Francisco Alfonseca Prepara, between the years 2014-2018, Educational District 16-07 of Villa La Mata, Regional 16 of Cotuí.

Abstract

The general purpose of this research was to determine the socioeconomic impact produced on its graduates by the PREPARA adult secondary education program, between the years 2014-2018, at the Professor Juan Francisco Alfonseca high school, educational district 16-07 ofVilla la Mata year. 2021. At the methodological level, this research was non-experimental in nature, the approach was quantitative, the method used was deductive, and the scope was descriptive. For data collection, the technique used was the survey through the application of an online questionnaire, it had a high level of reliability according to the Alpha Cronbach that was 0.76 and wasapplied to fifty-four (54) graduated from a total of 253 that make up the population under study. Among the main findings in this investigationare; In the social aspect, it was possible to show that it has helped him to have more participation in society, better coexistence with his family andothers, as well as being more aware of the care of his health and that of his family, in addition to more than half of the graduates start a universitycareer, in short, all of them feel a great satisfaction of having managed to complete their secondary studies. In the economic aspect, it was possible tosee that the majority of the graduates increased their possibilities of obtaining employment, for which more than a quarter managed to obtain anoccupation, as a result of finishing their high school. In addition to verifying that their income levels increased.
