Abstract
Thousands of years ago, when faced with a significant amount of information that needed to be retained in their minds, humans sought help through maps. ICTs are currently enabling the creation of important techniques that facilitate the mapping of brain functions that humans find impossible to retain or visualize in their minds. These powerful tools, called Mind Maps, Conceptual Maps, and others like them, will enrich work strategies, decision-making, and learning in a world where time is key to success. What possibilities does this tool offer?
We will refer to Mind Mapping software at work, where there are various applications for such purposes, ranging from MindManager to others like FreeMind. These have evolved and elevated the potential for work organization for both organizations and individuals.
