Abstract
The faculty attendance-control system monitors professors' compliance with teaching duties, currently handled through a cumbersome manual process across Registration, the Professional Development Department, and academic deans, leaving the institution without fast, reliable data on hours missed or made up. This project developed a user-friendly application to process this information quickly and reliably, providing up-to-date attendance tracking, teaching assignment queries, and printable reports (faculty lists, quarterly assignments, individual teaching loads, attendance records, missed and recovered hours, and pay deductions for uncompensated absences). The interface was designed for ease of use, streamlining attendance management for ITECO's Professional Development Office.
