Abstract
ITECO enrolls over 2,400 students who are offered payment plans with a 60% initial payment and staggered balances, a volume that has been managed manually, making accurate account information difficult to provide during payment and enrollment periods. This project developed a tool to streamline ITECO's accounts-receivable system, automating the Accounts Receivable Department to provide faster, less costly, and more complete balance information. Designed with a user-friendly environment, the proposed system is expected to reduce the volume of operations and response time to users.
