Abstract

Politécnico Juan Sánchez Ramírez, located on ITECO's campus, offers technical-professional secondary education but manages its large student volume manually, complicating enrollment, planning, and teacher oversight. This project, based on a non-experimental, descriptive, cross-sectional study using a closed-question questionnaire administered to staff, developed a user-friendly enrollment-control application enabling tracking by day, grade/cycle, area, gender, school year, and student origin. The system streamlines registration office operations, improves data control, and provides instant statistics on current and former students, delivering faster and more complete institutional service.
