Abstract
Universities must provide solid foundations of knowledge while fostering research skills and continuous updating, enabling graduates to adapt to a changing environment shaped by technological advances and globalization. Reviewing curricula through the perspective of graduates who remain in contact with the labor market is an effective evaluation method, and ITECO is no exception. This descriptive-exploratory study found that most Business Administration graduates rated the number and content of general education and specialized courses as acceptable to good, believed the program requires more specialized courses, and felt their academic training aligned with real labor-market needs, though the curriculum has weaknesses that should be addressed alongside its existing strengths.
