Internal communication plan for UTECO University

Abstract

Considering the importance of the Universidad Tecnológica del Cibao Oriental (UTECO) to the Sánchez Ramírez Province and the contributions it has made to the advancement and development of the province, this institution is chosen as the subject of research, as the nature of its structure and its openness to research make it a case of great interest.

Through the implementation of this research, UTECO will be able to reduce problems that arise due to the lack of a communicative environment that fosters a pleasant work climate and allows for the generation and implementation of the changes required to effectively respond to current and future demands. The development of an internal communication plan for the university will foster an organizational culture that promotes teamwork, the transmission of accurate and timely information, and guarantees excellent performance and efficiency of its members.
